If we are honest most of us must admit that we are not personally disciplined enough to just launch out and do a Personal Prayer Retreat - we need guidance.

For this reason we would like to provide here a place of reference for those seeking to begin the Prayer Retreat experience. Occasionally we will be conducting a guided Personal Prayer Retreat experience and you may be able to join with other God chasers.

On this page we will place a list of dates and locations of known retreats of this kind. Some are open to outsiders, others are closed communities of God Seekers. I find it advantageous even to be around people of like mind and heart who hunger for God. If you find a prayer retreat at a retreat center and can arrange your own private retreat around it you will find it a great way to surround yourself with prayer. You may even be able to sit in on some of their prayer meetings or seminars.
